Our Philosophy: Your Kite, Your Life

The winds can easily disrupt the kite and its structure. This disruption can lead to loosening or tightening of the strings and the connections between the sticks. These adaptations help the kite stay in the sky, but they hurt the integrity of its structure. In your body, this loss of integrity can create pain and more importantly loss of function.

A joint restriction in your spine is the tightening of the connection between the sticks in the kite. Our goal is to provide your body with a controlled force to create more motion and function within that area of your spine.

We will attend to your muscles with stretching and other skills to loosen your tight muscles. Finally, we will provide you with exercises to tighten certain strings or muscles. The combination of all this will allow your kite to soar.
